(1858-1938), graduated from New York Homoeopathic Medical College, Professor of Homoeopathic Materia Medica in " Homeopathic Medical College", San Francisco and also Emeritus Professor of Materia Medica and Therapeutics Homoeopathique of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His works include Essentials of Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Essentials of Homoeopathic Therapeutics, Practical Homoeopathic Therapeutics, The 12 Tissue Salts (with W. Boericke). Dr Dewey was titled as Publisher(editor) of California Homoeopathic Journal, Publisher(editor) of the Medical Century, Publisher (editor) of Universal Homoeopathic Observer, Publisher (editor) associated by the Newspaper of American Institute of Homoeopathy. He was a corresponding member of the British Homoeopathic Society and the "Société Française d'Homéopathie."
