RETURNS:

Returns will be entertained in as mentioned below cases:

• 1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order.

Refund:

Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock or in any specific when we are not able to deliver, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.

If you have received a mail from B.JAIN confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same. Generally a refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days depending upon the financial organizations involved.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be gladly helping you.
